Translation help- vocab
Hi,
I've come across the word CWall, as in
NEXUS CWall,
Collective CWall
I am guessing that the C means Concrete. Is this right?

Re: Translation help- vocab
We have decoded the incoming message to the New Paradigm...
I'm having trouble with this phrase... Haven't played the campaign up to this point yet.
What does this mean? The project has decoded the message for the New Paradigm, or the message has been identified as sent by the new Paradigm?
Fire Cannon
Ok, this means a flamer type cannon? I can't find it in the guide.

Yes, the first one. The Project got it's hands on a message sent to the New Paradigm.urgood2 wrote:What does this mean? The project has decoded the message for the New Paradigm, or the message has been identified as sent by the new Paradigm?

Re: Translation help- vocab
These should probably be renamed "NEXUS Wall", "Collective Wall" and "Cannon Firetruck". They're confusing enough to native English speakers.

Re: Translation help- vocab
Ok, here is another one:
Fast Fire Mini-Rockets
Rapid Fire Mini-Rockets
I believe these two mean the same thing... Searching the guide, I found only Fast Fire in use. It seems the game uses only one of these phrases...
For now, I will translate them both into the same words. Is that OK?

Well, it should be ok, but let me clairfy you:urgood2 wrote:For now, I will translate them both into the same words. Is that OK?
Fast is like... fast, while rapid is almost instantly, with really short delays.

Re: Translation help- vocab
Well, actually, I'd probably just replace "fast-fire" with "rapid-fire" entirely.KukY wrote:Well, it should be ok, but let me clairfy you:

But no, "fast" and "rapid" both mean the same thing in this context.
