master-20110228 pathfinding

I like the new features, especially the automatic sensor-painting distribution and the gate, but it seems to me the pathfinding is somewhat worse than the previous versions. Sometimes the units got stuck near clifs and I couldn't get them move. Also, the enemy units sometimes tend to accumulate at some location and don't go and attack me.

the problem I had was with tanks, not trucks, and they seemed to sometimes get stuck even on level ground. I once even had a tracked tank wander into water and then it couldn't get back from it.

I have also experienced this, and it can affect large numbers of units.

You might try clicking the 'Return to HQ' icon. It won't always work, but does occasionally!
