1) Ability to save designs, allow it so they will automatically add themselves in when all appropriate tech has been researched. (May have to wait for BetaWidget)

2) Add the ability to build structs on water (don't apply to base game, but maybe make it so one could activate it in a mod? also, could lead to offshore oil derricks/bridges and naval propulsion)

3) Ability to deform the terrain with trucks. I have noticed that this has been mentioned a few times, however, I think it should be implemented with 1x1 tile concrete blocks (that can be built on top of one another maybe?), that all rise to the nearest height level. (i know that doesn't make much sense, ask and i'll make a picture :))

4) I like the new trunk, however i noticed that oil resources still have their same pixelated texture. Could somebody take a look at that? (heck, i'd be willing to if somebody else wanted this badly enough)

5) The half-track propulsion has no associated sound file? Is there anyway we could find one? (Idea: Combine Tracks + Wheels sounds into one file?)

Comments? Suggestions?

(btw, when is BetaWidget going to be ready?)

Not with the Truck. How about a "Bulldozer" ;)

#1 sounds like a great idea, i have a complicated naming system for my tanks, and its a PAIN to have to name them EVERY time XD

Most are german tank/half-track/armored car/self-proppeled artillery/assault guns/ YOU GET THE IDEA xD

Leichter Panzerspahwagen: Viper Half-tracks light cannon

Panzer I : Medium cannon cobra tracks

Panzer II : Medium cannon python tracks

Panzer III : heavy cannon cobra tracks

Panzer IV : heavy scorpion tracks

Panzer V "Panther" : Heavy cannon python tracks

Marder I : cobra tracks lancer

Marder II : scorpion tracks lancer

Marder III : panther tracks lancer

the list goes on for QUITE a long time...

it would be VERY convinient to have a design storage-system :)

#2 sounds great, ive been wanting to for a while ( off-shore archangel battery comes to mind :twisted: )

#3 would be AWESOME! making trenches to hide your cyborgs in or mountains of... concrete blocks... O_o to put scourge towers on :evil:

#5 is definetely something i noticed while storming the first NP base (in hardcore campaign :D ) with HMG and LC viper half-tracks... well... lets just call them stealth tanks :D

all great features, id love to see them in the game :D

I'd really like to see a specialized terrain deformation unit... though it's capabilities should be limited.

Especially the Void between the ears of people who think that No VTOL is a good idea, and won't lead to arty wars. I've won one, and I have to say: I hated it.
