Original mod here, I am not the author for this! This is using LRF as a base.
This is an updated and fixed version for 4.6.3, Since this began as a project to just add "parity" between the howitzers and mortars having EMP and Incendiary thats what the title started as but as you'll soon see theres... a bit more than just that.
Any new retextures, concepts or whatever stuff I added is free to use by anyone too!
Fully updated to 4.6.3, new weapons like the Particle Gun are now here with their VTOL and Emplacement versions as well

Parity Additions:
EMP versions for Howitzer and Ground Shaker (EMP Howitzer and Tesla Shaker)
Incendiary version for Ground Shaker (Ground Scorcher)
Cyborg Grenadier in EMP and Scorch varieties
Rocket Pod (Range is in between Ripple and Mini Rocket array, direct fire. VTOL version functions slightly differently as well)
120mm Dilluvium AA Flak Gun (Very slow, long range, big blast) (New textures pending)
All of the above minus the cyborg weapons have emplacement versions as well! All balanced with the original mod as the basis.

Rocket Pod renamed to Hailstorm Rockets
Fixed Hailstorm Rockets sharing the same unlock message as Mini Rocket Arrays, they're also now locked behind Mini Rocket Arrays
Hailstorm Rockets are now indirect fire, bringing them closer to the original concept I had in mind
They're more expensive, specialized assault weapons which fit right between Missile Rocket Arrays and Ripple rockets but has a lot less range than Ripple Rockets, if I continue the line they would have +2 more tiles per upgrade at most.

Fixed texture issues on the Hailstorm Rockets on the Cyborgs
Added Scorch Rockets (Incendiary Hailstorm) Cyborg and VTOL versions too!
Slower, less rounds, slightly less range, heavier but leaves a patch of fire
Rebalanced Cyborg EMP and Incendiary Naders
Added Assault Grenadier Cyborg, essentially a rotary grenadier + super cyborg body
Changed model for the AA Dilluvium Flak
Added Super Heavy Howitzers and Rotating Ground Shaker
Added Super Heavy Incendiary and Emp Howitzers
These new howitzers are constrained by the physics of shooting large projectiles so they are actually lower ranged than the earlier howitzers
Also none of the above save for the AA Dilluvium will be having defensive emplacements for balance purposes, you have to risk your big guns a bit more instead of building from the safety of your base.
