Re: file names
Maps are not edited in blender but in a map editor :
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5309

Re: file names
you might find maps in this folder in your warzone ...warzone2100-2.3.8/data/base/multiplay/maps

Re: file names
what are you trying to do in blender with the campaign maps. as for an editor, what OS are you using? the more information , the sooner we can help you.madinca88 wrote:yes but i still cant find the maps to open them...

Re: file names
I'd say your best bet is to try getting the heightmap images and terrain masks, although I'm not 100% sure if that is possible without custom tools...
You can find the terrain textures in the base.wz file (it is simply a zip archive with a wz file extension)

Re: file names
You can use the .lnd files available here, which includes the campaign files: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8250
From these, you can extract the heightmaps.
An alternative to manually making it with the flaME preview would be to use editworld to export the entire map as a huge .bmp. The main downside is that it's fiddly to get all the options right and it produces huge files.
Here is a cropped, but unscaled area of the first campaign map where I've manually removed structures and features (they show up in the export) and manually adjusted the lighting to be pretty much overhead:

The entire map is 5122x5118 after cropping to just the map (it leaves empty edges down the sides when making the image)

Re: file names
Mine is no different to the one in the sticky in the mapping/modding forum. There isn't really anything I can do to help you get it running.
