Seek and Destroy: your team lands at an LZ with one objective in mind, depending on the level of difficulty selected. Easy difficulty presents you with the task of destroying a large complex of power generators guarded by three opposing factions. Medium has you destroying a research base guarded by six factions. Finally, Hard has you in an attempt to capture a nuclear missile complex with NEXUS Link Turrets on your vehicles, which is guarded by seven highly advanced factions whose bases are immense and occupy the vast majority of the map. (possible skirmish mode...)

Tell me what you think... I have no clue how to modify this game, I am merely here as a source of good ideas. In that respect, I'll need somebody experienced with modding Warzone to maybe help me out... :? :...:

Lolz, I was wondering of CTF on a real-time strategy game would be cool at all... :)

If may borrow from current biology in this analogy: Core WZ can be viewed like a host of stem-cells. It can certainly accommodate many fun modes of game play like CTF. It can also be the foundation for compelling hybrids with other genres: FPS, RPG, Adventure.... For me this the heart of my inexhaustible active interest in the game for so long. :3 Imagination, passion and the time to work it out are the realization triumvirate - the core can support any of these enticing possibilities.

I think CTF would be great although here are some modifiers I think would need to be put into place.

Attacking team:
unit speed +50%
damage vs hard-points, bunkers, and emplacements +20%
artillery resistance +10% across all propulsion types.

Defending team:
Construction time -20%
All defenses range increased by 3 tiles
All AA type weapons +15% damage in addition to the +2 range bonus


Anyone have any other thoughts on this?

That's a great set of rules to balance the mode, very nice. :D

When you play the game nonstop in multiplayer, You get a feel for what needs to be changed :)

Hi i know this isn't really a new mode more of a new format but what about if someone could get warzone to work on an android phone system? :)
