I hope it all goes well to be honest. I'm currently watching two projects now. ArtRev and Black Mesa: Source. but the AR community is more.. welcoming and lively. but yeah, I see what you mean about inconsistancy in replies and activity. XD

Either way I'm happy

I think the status is until we have a bunch of textures for jorzi's models and a few other things then we will release ver 1.00 of AR mod or something like that. (this model included AFAIK)

Either these models are not here, or I'm too blind to see them. :hmm:

Well, they indeed aren't here. How could they get here since I wasn't here to bring them?

I will occasionally get back to work with Hydra, right now I've got plenty of things to do (unfortunately, of course).

But I'm very happy that some people appreciate it, and I do take that into consideration when I assign priorities to my works. Thanks! :)

Well, from what I see it works just fine. Could you upload or send me the models? In PIE format? :P
I would like to use it in a new mod of mine which would change super bodies from being just super-heavy bodies, to bodies specialised in some uses.

I need to find the model yet, I think it's on my old computer's drive. Also, I still need to make adequate propulsion models for it, since most of them look really fun (that reads "not suitable to even consider using them along with the new model" :P ).

I was mainly having trouble with conversion scale and still don't want to abuse Mangust's kindess of always helping me with that, apart from the problems with the old Teamcolor system. This last one is hopefully going to be eradicated soon. The first one, I don't really know, I think I need more practice with converting models :augh:

You know, I honestly think this should be added. It should be a bit more armored than the Python and a bit slower, but it should be more manageable than say the Dragon; the dragon not only looks ugly but with more than one turret it looks atrocious, on top of being so slow and unwieldy it's almost not worth it.

This would be a far more economic multi-turret body; and I fully agree with naming it "Hydra". Fits into the snake theme.

And I second that!

It's not so hard to me to covert the model to the pie format because this model doesn't have teamcolored parts. I have problems only in converting teamcolored models but I've got the pie slicer launched on the Windows XP through the VirtualBox (yeah...sounds terrible :annoyed: ) and now I can convert teamcolored models a bit faster. :|

I meant the propulsion models - they need to be converted in the exact same scale as the body, so that they fit. Maybe I should post some pics of the VTOL prop I've made, to illustrate exactly what I mean. But I'll need some time, since the models are on my old PC. I'm gonna get my backup files again this thursday :P
