The center has 16 oil and each of the corners has 4 I think.
The center is defended with 4 cannon forts and 2 missile forts for anti-vtol and the corners have 2 cannon forts each. There are also several (4 or 5) hundred scav vehicles and a bunch of scav factories and power generators.
In general, if you see glowing, pulsating things in the game, you should click on them.

very interesting and challenging map, but it shows the problem WZ has with targeting and shooting thru hills. For example my mortars inside the thin hill-walls try to shoot enemy units outside the walls, but the charge explodes on the hill from inside and damages my buildings

That's not a problem. A problem would be if they didn't explode inside and actually shooted through walls.

that would be a problem too but that doesn't mean deliberate friendly fire is not a problem.
Imagine a CQB where someone would throw a grenade at the wall because the enemies are in that direction (but behind the walls). The grenade would explode inside the same room killing the thrower and all his colleagues. And this would happen again and again because there is no way of stopping the throwers. That wouldn't be a problem?

errr my artillery does that, the shooting through walls i mean.
Mortars do that if the enemy is at a certain angle and distance, i dont know why. And the whole point of having artillery is to keep it in a far away place from the target so that its defended, your base is usually pretty well defended so putting arty there keeps it from being vulnerable.
