So that means 0.1s = 1sin = 10Hz/s as in whatever frequency we use for the noise the frequency should be able to be divided by 10 to avoid clicking sound. I'll check that a bit later today!
I'm not 100% sure it's public domain- but my college currently allows anyone to use them without payment of any sort and completely freely without prior notification on anything.

I think the pyush pyush pyush sound is annoying enough, but I don't really want a whirr whirr whirr sound either. How about a sonar sounds? I know it doesn't sense, but a ping sound would sound better than both of those I think.

Ummm... no. That's sonar. More like a laserish sound that pulses constantly. Do you know what I mean? I'm having a hard time describing it adequately.
