ROF: 600 V

Mouse over it and you'll see: "1 round every 0.1 sec"

Thanks for the tip! (I need to look into the guide more often!)

So that means 0.1s = 1sin = 10Hz/s as in whatever frequency we use for the noise the frequency should be able to be divided by 10 to avoid clicking sound. :) I'll check that a bit later today!

I'm not 100% sure it's public domain- but my college currently allows anyone to use them without payment of any sort and completely freely without prior notification on anything.

It's hard to licence sound in GPL, because of the source. But looking at the way I upload my music here, it's possible:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5808

Otherwise "CC-BY-SA" would fit best, if I remember well... ;)
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/

It's the closest to GPL without releasing the source. (To my understanding!) ;)

EDIT: Changed the licence link to 3.0 instead of 2.0!

That can't be called a project, that is just some work on the game.

I think the pyush pyush pyush sound is annoying enough, but I don't really want a whirr whirr whirr sound either. How about a sonar sounds? I know it doesn't sense, but a ping sound would sound better than both of those I think.

You mean a pulsing sound that doesn't quite fade? Should work...

Ummm... no. That's sonar. More like a laserish sound that pulses constantly. Do you know what I mean? I'm having a hard time describing it adequately.
