How to create a perfect symetrical map in FlaME?
well the title says it all. is there a special technique? or do i have to use copy terrain. problem with copy is that its hard to tell where exactly middle is so you can drag a square from that point and select say 1/4 of the map and then copy and rotate on ofther 3/4 and create perfect copy. but i bet theres easyer way. or should i learn to use the coordinates that are displayed at bottom?

yes there is a way easier way to do this.
you need to make yourself a height map. use a ruler to find center and mark it with a cross. import to flame. there you are. now if your using editworld32beta, it is way easier than that , as the gui has a built in center finder. at least until flame gets one...those are the choices.

Well, for one thing, its not my editworld.
now if you dont want me saying anything about editworld, get flame fixed so it does the same things editworld does.
except for the odd time, editworld 32 bit beta works flawlessly for me on windows ( xp / vista and 7) just because it doesnt work on linux variants doesnt mean its bad.
so lets get along and not argue, please. i would hate to have to be forced into saying something i shouldnt. thanks for understanding.

We aren't creators of those map editors, we just prefer one of them.ikn0wFiRE wrote:haha amazing, map editor creators at war![]()
