New version added; replaced all the Design images with newer ones, and upsized all smaller images to twice their original size.

HI, i just found a HTML+BMP file with warzone 2100 1.10 tech tree and i don't know where to post this,but eventually if i searched this file,maybe somebody else does too,so i re-uploaded this HTML+BMP to make it available (it's not a rarity,but i saw this was posted on this forum,and it's no more available.
