EDIT: Running as admin changed nothing regarding thecCut scenes, did the intro again and it still lagged in places.
Oh yes, you requested my system specs, I have got them for you bellow:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.00 GHz
RAM: 2 GB
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400m GS 256 MB RAM
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium, vs 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001
Hopefully that will help with working out the Cut Scene lag.
