Map won't compile. (semi-fixed)

Get some help with creating maps or modding.
Need a map editor or other tools, look here!

I'm having diffuculty compiling a pre-release version of my map, it keeps giving me the error that a player is missing a truck, but each player has a truck. Even after enabling each player and giving them a truck each it still doesn't work. Attached is the lnd file. Please help. :(

Give them the other type of truck. There are two identical "truck" templates, and EditWorld only recognizes one of them.

I have, each player has 3 of one and 1 of the other. I always do that with my maps.

I have it compiling now, I had to add trucks for the unused players. They appear in mayhem mode only, but are quickly destroyed by the scavs. I have no idea how or why this happens, but it has.

The prob seems have been that you were trying to set up what was in effect a 5-player map. WZ accepts only 2-, 4-, or 8-players maps. Also, you may be required (I haven't tested for this...) to use the available players in series: first two for a 2-c, first four for a 4-c, etc. That means that you could not jump to using player seven - as you tried to do - out of sequence.

Anyway, give yourself a point for ingenuity... (btw consider creating a small pocket in the map and placing the supernumeraries in it.)

PS have you tried playing the map?

OH!

Did you put the scavs on the wrong team?

Scavs have to be on team 7.

Nope, all the scavs were on team 7 and teams 4,5 and 6 had no structures or units, but all of them needed 1 truck for it to compile.

In response to Zydonk: They get destroyed within the first second of a mayhem game, so nobody need to worry about them.
