We find two strings in our PO with "BaBa", as "BaBaLegs"... Now it's clear, "BaBa" comes for "Barbarian(s)" (AKA Scavengers)...

LOL ! Take it easy ! Strings above are from the RTF file I'm talking about in a previous post (BTW: "Guêpe).

I prefer «fourmi» because that was in the original and that sound less agressive.

The translation is now good enough for me, so I will not modify the files anymore. I may still answer some questions that appear in this thread or give some advice from time to time, though.
Now I'll concentrate on actually playing the game.
BTW, my latest file is the one I posted and sent to the devs, and it is included in svn.

The reason we require that tag is to prevent translators who work
offline from inadvertently reverting translations made by others.

To fix the problem, please get the latest export from Launchpad, apply
your changes and upload the merged file.

Can someone tell me what is the point in updating launchpad ? I didn't find code for 2.1 there, and if they get the last version from svn it will include the last translation anyway.
A little detail that I noticed while playing skirmish mode : the Plasteel can now be upgraded three times (with Mk2 and Mk3), but the translation has the same string for the three upgrades (I wondered if it was some bug that caused this upgrade to be available an infinite number of times). If someone is updating the file, just look for Plasteel and add Mk2 and Mk3 to the translations.
Since this is at the bottom of the tech tree and probably doesn't appear in campaign mode, I doubt that many people will see it, but it's still better to have it right.

I already took a look at what was in launchpad before sending my file, and I added the translations that were there at that moment (those that were coherent with our ones). When I looked, they had less than 100 different (from the old version) translations, and most of them were small things like "Unitées" -> "Unités", inserting spaces before ':', and adding/removing caps.

If you really want to send a file to launchpad, I suggest taking their file, looking for the "tag", copying it in our file (with modifications if needed) and send them the result. Their system is nice when people only modify a few strings, but here we are going from 51% (in launchpad) to >90% (our file).

And finally, I found a few other errors, so I corrected them on my file. If you want the details, I can either tell you what I changed, or post the result.

with a little program that transfers him-self the work in *.po,
I can work on this program if you are interested ?

Also, I don't use Poedit because the strings are organized in a "untranslated/translated" order.
We can't know the context of the string this way.

It will not only help us (well, what remains: Almost Nothing), It will help every translators looking on the WZ Wiki.

I code a little in Cpp/OpenGl for my-self, but if someone can do it in java, that would be besser.
