Increase speed of VTOLs when empty ?

I think this would be great if the speed of the VTOL depend on the number and the weight of the ammunitions they carry. For example, the bombs could be very heavy and slow the bombers as long as they are not dropped, just as the rockets or the missiles. This may be not useful for the other VTOL turrets, since their ammunitions are not so heavy.

It doesn't cost anything to be optimistic...
