Hey, i'm rather new at skirmish Warzone 2100 and I am really bad at it so far, if someone could construct video/text tutorials on build orders or game commentary or strategies that would be really awesome.

This may be of some help, it's Overlord's build order on NTW.
It gives full details of how create a base from scratch on a NTW full oil map.

Soooo.. what's this I here about something called.. "Build Orders" or some other nonsense?

AFAIK, this one dude at that one time was just documenting the process or resources on that thingy you were talking about..

Build orders is the order in wich you build your base. For example: first a factory, then a research facility, after that a CC, etc.
