Remove VTOL pads

They ruin the gameplay and air combat isnt fin with them, and when the aircraft fight each other, you should have them manuver when in dogfights

VTOL Rearming pads are a vital part of game balance removing them would make VTOLs overpowered.

VTOLs have to have a way to rearm.

As far as being able to maneuver... that would require some coding. The idea is good but the work required isn't a high priority compared to some things. A nice enhancement though, would make VTOL fights more interesting.

One of the ways to use the cyborg transports is mass them up and wipe the enemy base with HMGs mounted on them. Works incredibly effective simply because they don't have to rearm. That's actually one of the popular strategies of those who managed to get VTOLs and know that the enemy doesn't have AA (and even if he has some, you can still wipe most of his faraway oil derricks in a minute with this trick and don't allow to build more AA near them).

There is also an idea of adding mobile rearm pads (those would especially make sense for naval units, special aircraft carrier ), as if they wouldn't need to rearm then even letting all weapons to shoot them wouldn't be enough to balance them.
