Ubuntu 11.10 starts WZ2100 with a blank screen

So I have a problem after compiling and installing WZ2100 I started it up. It played sound but there is nothing but a blank screen and I have to do the three fingure salute , ctrl+alt=f2, to back out. This problem has also happened to me with outher full screen games before too. To fix it I had to change some setting in a file from true to false. but what do I do with WZ2100?

My pc also did that reinstall it, if it dosent work I dont have more help.

Update your Graphics card drivers if this does not help get a new graphics card or a new PC.

To fix it I had to change some setting in a file from true to false.

Do you remember what did you need to change? That could be a nice hint; anyway, you may find the config file in ~/.warzone2100-2.3/config (or ~/.warzone2100-2.3/config for 3.1).
