Bug closed with needinfo, what do?
I made a bug report about hosting problems and it was responded to right away, and after several exchanges it couldn't be reproduced and I couldn't provide more info, so it was closed. As it should be. Now I've added more info, but the lack of prompt response(relative to the last response time) makes me wonder, what is the correct procedure here? If I add comments/files to a closed bug, does that activity show up to devs, or should I be doing something else in this situation?
Re: Bug closed with needinfo, what do?
No, what you outlined is exactly as you should have done; all activity on trac is echoed in the irc room and all responses to a ticket are emailed to all participants, so it should be dealt with sooner or later.Siber wrote:I made a bug report about hosting problems and it was responded to right away, and after several exchanges it couldn't be reproduced and I couldn't provide more info, so it was closed. To that end, exactly which ticket do you refer to?

I refer to this ticket: http://developer.wz2100.net/ticket/3347
I realize four days without reply isn't actually that long, but given the near immediate response to the initial ticket I wanted to be sure.

All tickets are looked at, though, it highly depends on who is around to look at said ticket.
Nobody here is full time, we all just participate 'when we can', so sometimes the response is fast, other times it takes weeks/months/years.
