wz files

I cant see the mission videos. so I went to the download tab and downloaded the proper video file. the problem I'm having now is that my computer doesn't know what a wz file is? what do i do.

It doesn't need to know, you just put it into the directory mentioned on the download page below the video download button.

Hi, sorry to dig this one up...

I need a little help with exactly where to put the video files, am using Ubuntu - instructions tell me to put the files in my 'user configuration directory' but I don't know which specific folder this is?

Could I please be told precisely where these files should go? I.e. usr/local/bin etc? New to linux etc.

[2] Place sequences.wz in <username> is your login name, <version> is the version of Warzone, e.g. "2.3" or "3.1".

Windows XP and lower: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Warzone 2100 <version>\
Windows Vista and higher: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Warzone 2100 <version>\
Linux: ~/.warzone2100-<version> (~ is /home/<username>)
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Warzone 2100 <version>/ (~ is /Users/<username>)

The difference between them isn't that great, the source material is only 320x160, and the higher quality versions are upscaled, and filtered.
