Bugs & Ideas tab

Would it be worth adding a new Bugs & Ideas tab to the main site tab bar, to display a page something like this Bugs & Ideas

Mainly to make normal end-users more aware of where to post bugs and ideas, plus give some guidance on what's needed for each?

I like this idea. Perhaps this is the sort of promoting the IdeaTorrent could use aswell?

I'm not sure idea torrent is such a good idea because it gives false hope that a high voted idea will get implemented when in reality it's probably not going to happen, which will lead to people feeling let down. It's prolly better to just discuss ideas in the existing Ideas & Suggestions forum.

The Ideatorrent needs its ideas sighted, sorted and exported somewhere and then be scrapped. (Or integrated into the site itself, it's much too removed at the moment. Ideally it would be integrated in the forum, so each proposal gets its own thread. And a pony.)

I don't see why we need a new tab, http://developer.wz2100.net/ mentions that already. Though "Development" as name is a bit misleading.
