can't enter bug reports, I get this when I create a ticket
Submission rejected as potential spam (BlogSpam says content is spam (badip:state/blacklist.d/127.0.0.1))

yes - to submit reports one needs to be a member. this may not be satisfactory to you, but this does prevent spamming from those that wish harm to this project. thanks for your interest. looking forward to your continued participation. :)
