Hello Gnubond. This traduction is very bad. Try to use easy words so we understand each other more easily please.
That major problem is resolved in the mapmaking process. But you might have played a lot of map that are not balanced correctly.
The goal is to place the oil on the entire map as such a way were every players see an immediate advantage at taking more oil and sending an attack. Immediate but not definitive because some other bad map give so much resources in the middle that the one that grab it is sure to win.
