Current compile guide have some errors

In fast steps "Install all the libraries you might need:" dont contain all necessary packs.
For sure libpopt must be included.

I always use old linux guide - its works always for me on Ubuntu (more specific Kubuntu 11.10)

after old-compile guide "fast steps" it installs these packs:

I'm not a linux master, so fix wiki pages who is managing those things.

In debian-based distros (like ubuntu) you can use the apt-get build-dep warzone2100 command to install all development packages necessary to compile the stable version of warzone2100. Also, libpopt is mentioned already:

For 2.3, you also need the libpopt-dev package, and bisonc++ on Ubuntu.

Yea its mentioned, but it doesn't included in the the very first "Ctrl+C" codeline. This may prevent from few noobies Q's on forum "can't compile" topics.
