feature request: power cost for building, units, research

Hello WZ-team,

feature requests:

1) show power cost for building, units, research on mouse over these items (in a number).
2) power bar: show income per time unit (eg. +10 per second) and outcome (eg. -10 per second for research and build something)
This could be done: income left to the power bar (in green font) and outcome right to the power bar (in red font).
