I tried to make they balanced
i think this would greatly increase tactical management
for formation limit of how about 5 in each pattern and repeats it next to each other
for diamond it would go to the borders focusing on covering front
for concentrated firepower it would be something like "retangled"for example if i have 50 units attacking a base they would be in 5 big retangles distribuited in 5 5x2 rectangles
since vtol is supposed to be fast i created the speed and range formation for they
you could select formation by group selecting and pressing alt+ a number from 1 to 5 representing the possible formation on tanks or cyborg,vtol
