Night time option in warzone 2100

We should add a option for the time to change to night time were the units have lights on and everything would be so cool looking

Night time wouldn't be that hard to do, but adding lights and stuff for the units would require additional textures to be painted by hand, as well as requiring extra graphics memory & resources

It would have interesting strategies too it, haveing night time. It could have a cross in it with Warcraft3, in that units visibility is lowered, but not sensors. It could be a good reason to have sensors out on the field.
