So I recently downloaded this after having my poor playstation beak down, forever locking me away from my PSX copy of Warzone 2100. Back in the day when I first saw this game was free, I was ecstatic. Except back then the cutscenese weren't avalibale, making the game feel like a string of missions with no purpose.
Now, I see that the cutscenes are around and working, except not for me. My issue is that the sound for the cutscenes goes in and out, usually static-ish like a radio station on the wrong frequency. This has happened for all videos, and I've reinstalled the cutscenes twice to make sure it wasn't a corrupted download. I can only surmise that the issue is with OpenAL, but I can't figure out how I should fix it.
