Remember construction plans of trucks after loading

I am a fan of giving long construction plans to my trucks and keep them working while I do some research or run an attack.
Sometimes my trucks need 10-20 minutes to complete a task. Because it take them that long to build everything it sometimes happens that I have to save the game and continue it later on. But every time I save and load a game all of the construction plans are gone.

Would it be possible to remember building orders and make trucks continuing them after loading a savegame?
