hover movement!
we need to fix hover, unit moves
..like on ice

It's a bit exaggerated from what I've seen real hovercraft do; they've got a wide turning circle but their operators seldom overcook it quite as often as the pathfinding AI seems to.

I think it should be a bit exaggerated, since that kind of movement is what characterizes the hover...

not really realistic to me, units are confused when they commanded to change direction (not only hover).units appears to follow the tiles.this is the error in each new version
....much better done in old wz2100 v1.10
