Message after AI is beaten in Skirmish -> destroy buildings

Message after AI is beaten in Skirmish -> destroy buildings

I play a lot of Skirmish games against the AI and I miss some kind of signal showing that an AI was defeated.
Some kind of sound and the message "AI 4 (red) was defeated"
And I suggest that buildings of AIs being defeated get destroyed (such as lonely Oil Derricks not working any more or single defense structures standing around).
