some of the test maps i have made in flame end up showing bluish or green textures on objects like pipes trees and buildings, i have tried this with all the tilesets and it still occurs, i searched this forum and found little mention of this isssue, what am i doing wrong here ?

It's because there are certain ones that don't get loaded with certain tilesets, aka mixing and matching arizona tiles with rockies objects. I've run into that a lot, myself. Nothing to be done about it now, sadly.
