virus mod

i was playing a game the other day, and downloaded a version of i think paromdkluby or something, the 2x2 square map with 4 bases spaced far apart, but the name of the map was something like 1v1 all on, or something, anyhow, that game didn't work, and on my next game i was kicked by game cuzz it said I had an incompatibale mod, the next game i hosted and i had a satelite tower on tech 1 but nobody else did,
2 part question, when it says someone was kicked cuzz of mod does that usually mean they are cheating, and part 2, has anyone else had this problem, after those 2 other instances it has been resolved i think, and i dont even know how to intstall a mod, so curious as to what happened

Hello Killa

Bendib tried something stupid yesterday and tried to put a mod into a map. If an host have that map, he will kick every players that don't have it. And if he don't have it he will kick everybody that have it. That's what happened the last few days.

For that satelite tower it's possible for any map maker to put it on any map.
