This happens if you 'wall' yourself in. To remedy this, demolish one of the walls near the truck to free it.

actually, you could try clicking in a place that you want the truck to go, but it technically cant. Trucks, when you click in the right position, will squeeze them selves out... somehow. My trucks go straight through hardpoints and down hills that you arent allowed to move on.. Weird.
The demolishing walls will work, but not when youve built things that cost a lot of power, such as 2 cannon fortresses and your wheeled truck is stuck in the small gap between them and blocked off by water. To remedy this, i redesign my trucks to have hovers, there nice and fast too. =D
