can't seem to host a game

this is probably just me being dumb but every time i try to host a game i get "error while connecting to lobby server,connection timed out, make sure port 2100 can receive incoming connections. help pls

As in a mobile internet stick? If you do not have a router as you say check any anti-virus or security software you have running on your computer and see if it is blocking the port.

hey, ok yes a stick on wind mobile 7.5 mps. running avast antivirus and have checked that and windows firewall. it is excepted.
