control of map preview duration

Post by meeso »

Hello all,

When i'm deciding on which map i want to use, i sometimes need to have a more 'contemplative' look at it(!) but the preview of the map lasts only for few seconds, which forces me to keep pressing the box of map preview again and again. I wished -and i suppose it is simple- to make the preview permanent until the user decides to end it with a simple click of a button. What do u think?

Thanks :ninja:

well - there is always the screen capture. and put into a html setting, so you can call up the url(local) and view the map / maps... till you have totally memorized em all. :)

Wish granted (I have no idea who actually implemented this change though). It already works this way in the latest Master-20101114 version. Try it today!! :D

F10 - to take a screenshot - http://guide.wz2100.net/keyboard#interface
I would probably just view them directly from the folder with an image viewer instead of going the html route but your choice, if you know how to do that or someone else wants to help you.
