It works perfectly fine, albiet monotonusly slow, in windowed.
But when i change it to full screen, the text/graphics are messed up and if im able to navigate by chance into the game the textures are mixed up.
I run windows XP.
2.66 GH CPU
2 gig of ram
and a GeFore 8800 GTX
By the way, i have no knowledge what-so-ever in computers, none. Did i break something
have you tried running the game with --fullscreen command option?
If that doesnt help, you can try updating your gfx card driver/switching back to official WHQL'ed one, since both experimental drivers(100.xx ish for nvidia) and very old drivers dont work well with opengl.
tasks postponed until the trunk is relatively stable again.
wow, i ve never seen anyhting like that. It looks like the video card driver is handling the textures wrong or something (because of all the little squares that are visible.) Have you teried other video card drivers yet? I suppose you're one of the very few (lucky) warzone players to use a 8800GTX so probably not many other people will use the same drivers because nVidia decided to stop making unified drivers. If this is the case, it might be quite hard to solve the problem :s
I once had something similar to the above pictures (in another game though) when my GFX card's cooler had got stuck (and my GFX card fried in the process). This did occur, however, with every hardware accelerated game I used. So if this happens in more games it is likely to be the GFX card. If not, then, well ... there's somethings strange happening.

I've had my GPU fring trouble to :s, My brand new GeForce 6800Ultra's memory chipe got fried (atleast 1) And i had funny artifacts all over the screen. Luckily i got a new one from ASUS It didn't look llik this that's for sure but ofcourse it wasn't the GPU. I still suppose it to be the videocard driver as the chance of a fried GPU is very small when it's brandnew .
you never replied - have you updated your gfx card drivers?
"to prepare for disaster is to invite it, to not prepare for disaster is a fools choice" -me (kim-lav_coyote25-metcalfe) - it used to be attributed to unknown - but adding the last bit , it now makes sense.
Indeed, we want to help you but you have to give us the info. So go and TEST !!! Or is there anyone else here with a 8800 model of graphics card whose experiencing the same p^roblems?
