I'm not sure if I completely understand, but I can expand upon what they mean.

Mk2 = Mark Two
Mk3 = Mark Three
ECM = Electronic Counter Measures

You see "Mk#" variants for upgrades. Thus, they are equivalent to saying "Upgrade Level 2" for "Mk2" or something similar.

Thanks! You understood completely. I ask more question until translated.

I think CB is Counter-Battery.
VTOL is Vertical Take Off and Landing, by the way.

HPV = Hyper Velocity Canon
TK = Tank Killer
HC = Heavy Cannon
BB = Bunker Buster

NASDA = North American Strategic Defense Agency

and R Hannay is right about CB and VTOL

HESH - High explosive squash head (type of anti building ammo)
HPV - I guess you mean the HPV cannon? is the hyper velocity cannon.
TK - i have no idea, but again, a type of weapon. Likely the Tank Killer, a anti-tank rocket ingame
HC - Same thing, Heavy cannon most likely.
BB - i guess the Bunker Buster
NEXUS - A name of a side in the story. Play the campain and you'll get to know >D
NASDA - lso a story related name, play it, NOAWS.
PIE - The file extention of wich Warzone 2100's models are saved in

You can go to the WZ guide and search the terms you have questions about. That's what I did:)
