PIE Slicer DX is what you're after, get the full install and then the update.
You'll also need the required_system_ocx_files.zip from http://files.warzone2100.de/index.php?d ... /allround/
Alternatively there is also 3DS2PIE which can convert 3ds model files into pie files: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1302

hi i downloaded that program , i have find the ocx file missed and i put in to the directory but when i open a pie file it says
that cannot unload it, why is happening that? do you know the reason or what i am doing wrong
