Shout out & question
I've been playing around with this for a couple of months now and only just recently discovered the cut scenes available on this site. Wow, does it add so much to the experience. I just posted a link to the site on my facebook page. I think this is one of the best open source gaming projects (along with Warsow) around. My question is, I wonder why Ubuntu doesn't have the cut scene folder install with the main game file? It just really adds a nice layer of polish. Is it due to legal reasons? Anyway, you guys keep up the great work. I'm really enjoying the gameplay and am looking forward to the future release with improved textures, etc.

Re: Shout out & question
For Ubuntu you should download FMVs by yourself & put them in installation folder (where base.wz & mp.wz located)

(That doesn't answer his question, Terminator.

Anyway, I believe Ubuntu doesn't include the cutscenes for bandwidth reasons. I'm not sure, though; Ubuntu generally doesn't tell us about these kinds of decisions.
