Crash on Start on Skirmish

Hey never heard of this game before but when I saw it I downloaded it installed it, But when I go to start a Skirmish and it crashes when loading.

When Installing it said
Download of Music Failed: HTTP/1.1 404 NOT FOUND

I am running on Windows 7 64 bit

Still does not work but I do not get the error anymore, but when starting a Skirmish it crashes when loading

I just want to ask because I've downloaded the game here, the installation was good but when i open the game it appears pure white on my screen.

what is the problem on that? I see to it that i follow all the instructions in installing.

as a matter of fact i reinstalled it but still same problem appears.
