Which search terms should I use to find an artist who will take sketch requests for free? I've met one such artist but he's incredibly busy at the moment, so I've been looking for someone else to work on a small project for me.

Ilse looks ok so far. The only problem I have with it is that it neither comes with an english UI, nor does it display international search results...
