I was playing online today, and one of the players had 600 ping. After few minutes of playing, 3 other players suffered great distruction after all of their buildings/units exploded. A bit of the opponents army was visible for a bit, but it disapered and everything was blown up. I thought that it was a cheater, but someone told me that with high ping this happens. Is this true?
if so, it should be taken care of in the next update

My game handle is McCallister. I play mostly from 7pm -10pm Eastern Time. My WZ server is called "Good Times Server"

It is pretty common. High pings = bad bad bad sync problems. Don't play with players with high pings.
You can't have a proper sync when it takes a second to send a message to other PC, but there are still even more hard-to-find bugs here.

upd: Well, i actually remember meeting a few players that cause terrible lags even despite good pings. Just try to avoid them.

It isn't just pings, it is how fast the user's machine is as well...
You can have excellent in-game pings, and still have tons of sync issue for you, (and everyone else), since your machine is too slow...
We are working on fixing these issues though.
