Problems communicating with Server?

When i try and make my own server i keep getting this message

Warzone 2100:
Error while communicating with the lobby server: Connection Timed out

What problem may i have over my end
I'm currently using Vista as my OS!
Back and working on more maps than before.

I've tried both,
CanYouSeeMe.org - keeps saying "Timed out"
Portfoward.com - just dont seem to of worked either

well, apparently there was a downloadable software PFConfig, tried that with the ports, just keeps saying this

Warzone 2100:
Error while communicating with the lobby server: Connection Timed out

Used both 2100 Port and 9990 Port, just incase
Back and working on more maps than before.

Assuming both firewall and router are open, then something else is blocking it.

You need to actually start hosting a game before you can check with canyouseeme.org ... or do netstat -a and post what you see.

Just don't use canyouseeme.org - it doesn't do anything the new lobby doesn't already do.

Try following the portforward.com instructions manually, for port 2100.

Yep, i used the IP P/C and i got into my Router, used the Port Forwarding there, and it saying Systems all Green ^^ Thanks alot
