Crashes when loading mission

I recently downloaded WZ2100 2.3.3 because i just LOVE the game. I was playing through the missions with no problem at all but then when it was loading one of the missions it just crashed to desktop. Now whenever I try to load my autosave OR my manual end mission save for that mission it crashes straight to desktop. Everything else works fine, I can load previous saves etc etc. I have it labeled as being mission 23. Any ideas? I do believe the mission was after the beta mission to destroy the anti air surrounding beta site. Then the game crashes to desktop after mission completed or loading. I looked for the error report thing but couldn't find it.
I run windows 7.

Sounds very similar to my problem in v 2.3.4.

I'm about to start mission Beta 1 but when I load the save game it just boots me back to my desktop.

Tech support...think you may have a bug.
