Well the guide has these pages,

Sensor Turret

Using sensors and artillery

Wide Spectrum Sensor

CB Radar Turret

Radar Detector

VTOL CB Radar Turret

VTOL Strike Turret

I don't think it can be better explained than that, but if you still got problem understanding, then just ask.

Now where is the confusion exactly? Let's discuss all of the issues one-by-one and make this a really long thread :D

But I don't know how much you already understood. So if you are specific on your doubts, I can take the trouble to explain more. The right question will get you the right answer. So ask away :)

Let's start with Wide Spectrum sensor, what did you not understand in the guide?

3.VTOL CB Radar Turret-DOes is someting thatVTOL units assaned to them can attack any artyllery in range of sensors as the sensor is tank or tower doies that right?

Incoming Transmission...........

The CB Radar turret (Counter-Battery) is very useful against an opponent who has indirect-fire units.

The Using sensors and artillery page shows the list of indirect-fire units
Mortars (mortar, bombard, pepperpot, incendiary mortar)
Howitzers (howitzer, ground shaker, hellstorm, incendiary howitzer)
Ripple rockets
Archangel missiles

Although the MRA and Seraph are indirect-fire weapons, they should be used like one would use direct-fire weapons, since their range is low enough that its internal sensor can handle it; external sensors are unnecessary.

If you have CB radar turret tanks/structures and if enemy indirect-fire tanks/structures are in range, then your indirect-fire units will attack the opponents artillery.

You can also assign indirect-fire tanks to the CB radar tank/structure to destroy enemy in-direct fire artillery.

Will answer your other questions when you have completely understood this.

Meow.
End of transmission....
