No sound since 2.3.1a

Hi everybody,

Since the update v2.3.1a, i have no sound in warzone, menu & ingame.
I update to v2.3.2 and i have the same problem and in the 2.3.1 sound play fine, so i decide to test a pre alpha version ( trunk 10707 ) and sound play normally. I tried to install a newer version of open AL ... and ... no sound ...

I'm on Win7 64bits
Processor : Pentium e5200 @ 3.4GHz
Graphic card : Crossfire of ATI HD4850
Motherboard : Gigabyte EP45-DS3

Nobody has touched the sound routines in a very long time.

Run the openAL installer with administrator access levels, and try the game again.

I have made a test with your method and no sound for me but i tried a portable version of 2.3.2 and ... it work fine so ... i don't understand ...

Hello,

I found a solution, i delete the config file and the music come out !
I remember that i have test a software to manipulate some option in warzone ... i uninstall it just after i ran it ( don't like it ) but the config file had save an error in the config file. I can rest now

Oh, hmm, I guess at one point, you must have turned sound off or the volume off ?
I'll make a note of it for people to run the game with --sound to fix that in the future.

maybe i've tried some sound option in this software i don't remember the name of the mod launcher that i used 2minutes !
