research everything

hi,
when i start a game im able to build towers with high level guns immediatly
even if i start without base
how can i change it ? i wanna research everything
i havent played this game for years, so i just know how its been in former versions
is it possible to change it that i can research every gun etc

If you are playing a skirmish or multiplayer game it sounds like you are using the T2 or T3 map setting. When you chose map there are three options you can chose between. T1 (this is when you start without any research done) T2 (you have all T1 stuff researched) and T3 (you have all T1+T2 researched). To find these settings press to chose a map. There should be some choices on the window that pops up "2P, 4P, etc.." underneath these there are three boxes that says T1 T2 and T3. Make sure you check T1 and then chose a map.

Also pick "No Bases" then you can research absolutely EVERYTHING.
