Transmissions in Alpha Six mission not showing

I've just gotten to Alpha Six mission. When I receive the transmissions from the enemy and I click on the intel button and select them, they are blank. I'm running Windows 7 and Warzone 2.3.1. Any idea as to why the transmissions don't show?
